At The Little Terrace, we’ve created a calm, welcoming space for both children and parents to enjoy.
To help everything run smoothly, please take a moment to read our terms below.
Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your space. Walk ins are subject to availability.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice may be rescheduled to a later date.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
Arrival Times
Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time, as sessions run to a set schedule.
Health & Wellbeing
For the safety of all guests, we kindly ask that children and adults do not attend if they are unwell or have been recently unwell.
Supervision
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The Little Terrace is a role play environment, and children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adult throughout their visit.
Behaviour
We aim to create a calm and enjoyable environment for everyone. We reserve the right to ask guests to leave if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
Food & Allergies
We offer a selection of drinks and light snacks.
Outside food is not permitted, with the exception of baby food or specific dietary requirements. Please inform us of any allergies at the time of booking.
Liability
While we take every care to provide a safe environment, The Little Terrace cannot accept responsibility for accidents or injuries that occur during play.
Personal Belongings
We cannot accept responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. We will have a lost property box and any found items will be shared via social media stories.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to make changes to sessions, pricing, or services where necessary.
